Third-Party Payment, Source of Funds & Destination Declaration

This form must be completed and submitted by the Buyer. I/We hereby declare that:

1. The information provided in this Declaration is true, complete, and accurate, and I/we fully understand and acknowledge all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and compliance requirements. I/we accept full responsibility for any issues arising from non-compliance, and confirm that I/we are fully aware of Japanese import regulations and restrictions and have not provided any unlawful or misleading information.
2. Any third-party payment has been made with my/our full knowledge and authorization.
3. The funds used for this transaction originate from lawful sources and are not connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, tax evasion, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
4. I/We understand that the Company may request additional documents to satisfy its compliance obligations under applicable Japanese laws and banking requirements.
5. I/We acknowledge that the Company may refuse, delay, suspend, or cancel the transaction if the requested information or documents are not provided or if compliance concerns arise.
